TERMS & CONDITIONS:
⋄ One voucher per student.
⋄ Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers and coupons.
⋄ Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
⋄ Pottery items can be collected in 4 weeks upon completion of the class.
⋄ Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
⋄ One week advance booking for class is required.
⋄ Bookings are subject to availability.
⋄ 48 hour prior notice is required for cancellation bookings made, failing which the value of the session will be forfeited.
⋄ No shows vouchers will be deemed void.
⋄ In the event of the student arriving late for the booking, instructor will attempt to provide as many of the coaching as possible in the remaining session.
⋄ Toki Studio reserves final decision of any dispute.
